Yes people and Welcome to my Blog!
I’d introduce myself but the chances are I would just be repeating the above video / boring you so give that a watch instead haha.

The purpose of this blog for my self is to allow you guys to follow my journey which I am documenting both on my recent youtube videos and continuous posts on Instagram.

So on a personal level I last competed in August 2021 when I took the overall title at the FitXpo – since then I have been relentlessly banging away through offseason and will continue to do so until 2023 (longer offseason’s are so fundamental if you want to truly make significant changes to a stage look).

I started off in my offseason working with Patrick Tuor – yet have recently moved to working alongside Kuba Cielen (Patrick is a world class coach – but if you aren’t already a Pro/Olympian he doesn’t give you the time of day lol)

Since working with Kuba over the last 6 weeks I have already gained a very good relationship with him and see this being my long term coach. Its proven from his existing clients and own physique he has the knowledge to add a lot of muscle to someones frame and already I am learning so much.

So right now we have set upon a tidy up phase whilst I am on TRT dosage – currently 2 weeks left of this 6 week phase when we will be re introducing anabolics and pushing bodyweight and lifts to new highs – focussing on my top line, hamstrings and arms as a focus point for development.

So that being said its a good opportunity to share my current training split / cardio / diet / drug set up on this phase – as its relatively aggressive.

My belief in an offseason is to spend as LONG as physically possible in a calorie surplus – so any diet phases the goal is to get in and out as fast as possible, reset appetite / blood sugars / body comp and get back to a surplus / whilst being on cycle as fast as possible.

In the past I have made the mistake of spending a long period of time in diet phases (treating them slow and steady as if I was prepping) – but the reality is it just limits my time in a surplus when real tissue will be added so its wasted time.

Bloods were done yesterday and Ill be waiting back on the results to give me the green light for offseason – MAKE sure you get these done prior to cycle, starting in a bad position will not only be a detriment to health – but also your ability to recover and perform well in the gym.

Get in and out and get the job done. The following post will outline my full set up…
