Looking forward to seeing you on stage next year Greg. What’s your usual approach to a cruise phase? Would you taper off training volume too and still look to add tissue?

BLOG 1- 15/July/2022

Good afternoon everyone,

So just going to make my first blog about my current stage in off-season and what’s been happening.
So current on week 4 of my recovery phase from PEDS. Feeling good and strength isn’t holding too bad. Appetite is in an ok place and hoping to improve it a touch more before I go back on. The next push phase In my plan is going to be a big one before I start my 2023 prep. I topped out my last push phase at 293 pounds in good condition and composition. Hoping in this phase to hit 300 pounds with a similar look and keep progressing for all time strength numbers. The next push will take me to January and then it will be another recovery phase and prep time where we will be hoping to do my pro qualifier abroad and take you guys along for the journey. Don’t have my sights on anything else other than wins and pro cards this time. Then find the next pro show I can go along too and see where I stand next to the pros. Exciting push phase coming along and an exciting prep to follow. So stay tuned 🏆. Any questions or comments then leave away 💯💯💯
