I will summarise my current situation and plans for the year today and then moving forward will update 1-2 times a week and also answer any questions about absolutely anything so please feel free to ask.
So right now I am in the world’s most boring phase, 5.5 weeks until prep starts so just cruising and solidifying my current body weight and not getting any heavier, or fatter…
235lbs upon waking at the moment, still relatively lean and my classic weight cap is 195lbs. So this off-season ended up being cut short after about 6 weeks of pushing up just because I was growing concerningly quickly and my condition wasn’t changing (sounds ideal I know) however when I have a weight cap to make, we couldn’t afford just keep pushing and get 50-60lbs over my cap.
The plans for this season are as follows (this is all a secret though so you should feel privileged to even know this)
Will start prep around June 10th where I will be
- 12 weeks out from 2bros regional (2nd Sep)
- 14 weeks out from European Championships Spain Pro Qualifier (16th Sep)
Based on how the pro qualifier goes there are then the following options for other shows if needed but it will be decided at the time which makes the most sense to do. But the options are
Sweden Pro qual
France Pro Qual
Amateur O Italy
2bros British Finals
Plenty of options, and as I said, I will not be doing these all, only Spain and then 1-2 others if needed.
