6 weeks out Update Part 2 (basically 5 weeks out now)

The IFBB announced changes to the classic physique weight cap midweek so now I can be 5lbs heavier on stage which is an absolute game changer (if you read last weeks log you will understand why). Old cap was 197lbs, new cap is 202lbs.

So now I am only 5lbs off of my cap with just under 6 weeks to go, a great spot to be in, very nearly ready and all the time in the world.

I went for an in person check-in with Tom yesterday and he saw me at my flattest and lightest so far, 206.5lbs upon wake. As a result we have run 2 high days again, today and tmrw, details as followed:

+600g additional carbs on top of normal food today

+600g Additional carbs on top of normal food tmrw + a burger and fries and dessert tmrw night.

20iu Insulin used with meal 1 both days and Strom Glycomax taken with every meal of the refeed.

Total Macros today:
910g C
310g P
30g F
Tmrw’s will be the same + all the additional macros that come from the burger fries and dessert.

Very much needed, just a case of refeed and dig, refeed and dig now until we’re under the cap with life still in the physique.

Hello all, not too much to update you on this week. Bodyweight back down post refeeds to an all-time low of 208 lbs. This puts me 11 lbs over the weight cap. My condition is not far off at all now, could happily step on stage in 2 weeks with no problem so the fat loss is nearly done, not ideal considering I am still 11 lbs over the cap.

The plan is just to continue to dig for now, clen has been worked up to 80mcg a day to aid the weight loss. Other PEDs have not changed and probably won’t increase much more now for the remainder of prep as I just can’t afford to grow or gain any weight and from last year’s data when tren was added, at just 75mg, a week, I responded very well and started to gain some weight.

I am not stressed about making weight. I know I’ll do it, it’ll just take some digging and some serious water manipulation. We will remove GH, yohimbine, and creatine 2 weeks out (if not further out) to help flush out excess water as well.

So although 11lbs seems like a lot. I think there is easily 5-6 lbs of weight to lose to be truly peeled. and then another 5lbs of water pulled off and we’re there. Easy as that (on paper anyway).

My food hasn’t changed, CV hasn’t changed. Just continuing to work.

Will be going to see my coach Tom in person this Saturday so he can accurately assess the situation and we can properly make a plan of action.

All in all, I am feeling good, very positive, and have a good level of confidence in my current look. Energy is certainly dropping off now but that’s to be expected. Time to work. 6 weeks. Let’s do it.
