Good day everyone,

Hope everyone is well.

So first show of the season done and a class win and a ticket to go to Spain and go for that pro card. Which I can’t wait for. Excited to go compete in another country and experience it on stage. I fly out a week on Wednesday and show is the Sunday, so still some good time on home soil to improve on the first package and come in ever better. I will also have 3 full days with my coach to peak me perfectly which will make all the difference and let off any worry on my part. Other than that its just head down and tick those boxes daily and do the work. Which is what I’m good at. Nothing has changed post show with diet or training its just straight back to work and work even harder. Low days may be ran one day more in the week to try pull off the last of the fat from me but we need to watch as my body runs flat super fast. So its daily check ins with my coach to really stay on top of things.

Good afternoon everyone,

So 11 days out… wow. Feels like it has come round fast in some ways and not in others. Been a good prep with a few bumps in the road but all working out. Best I have looked with a lot of new size and very excited to display it soon and take home some wins and move to the Pro ranks. That may sound cocky but I believe in myself and know I belong up there and I am bringing my best.

Right now its a balancing act to keep the tissue semi full as I run flat very fast. Right now my Baseline diet on training days is around 900g of carbs and my body is holding weight haha. Metabolism is just running wild atm and all food going to good use. Waking up better and better by the day. Excited!!!!

Please if anyone has questions regarding training or nutrition and what I have been doing then please ask away. Fairly open book and very transparent.
