So things are right on schedule for my prep and shaping up very nicely! Gym performance is staying and improving in some lifts which is great. Food is still high and still a lot of tools to use. Weight was 272 pounds at the weekend which I did a guest spot for granite city body building show which was a great experience and my first time doing one. It did mess up my nutrition a bit with having to space meal timings different and then having to cram meals together. So 2 days after my stomach still isn’t back to normal. But it will be fine in a few days. Really shows you when in prep a slight deviation from your routine and plan has a domino effect. But I am still plenty of weeks out to correct it all.
Off down to train with my coach next weekend which will be a great experience. Other than that the head is down and ready to keep digging!

So that’s me in to week 6 of prep. Things are going very well and smooth. And really started to fly now. Lot of visual changes every 3 days. Foods still at a good amount of 5000 calories on Training days and just above 4000 on Rest days. And weight has been plummeting this last week so had 2 off plan meals to Slow that down. Coaches orders obviously. Still Lots to come to hit my signature condition I’m known for. But so far it’s been easy sailing and very excited to see what’s to come.
Training has kept improving as Fitness has got better. The switch can always be flicked for training.
Shoulder injury has been getting easier to deal with and manage around training which is great and lot more flexibility to it.
