The push up phase ended around 4 weeks ago and I’ve actually got a new coach. I’ve gone to Full Boars very own Josh Mchale which I’m very excited about it.
The main reason for this is because I wanted someone new that I can learn from, take control so I don’t need to think so much about my own macros but for it to be a partnership too. Me and Josh actually worked together back in 2018 (but uni life took over after a short period admittedly).
The goal right now is to diet. How long that will take I have no idea. All I know is that I am uncomfortable with where body composition is right now and I’m going to diet as long as I need to to be in a better position.
Currently around 1500 calories. 30×6 cardio weekly and 12k steps daily.
40mcg clen is also In the mix.
It’s been a slow start for me but that’s usually how it goes for me.
Will keep you updated with the weekly changes

Hey hey,
So a while since I updated you all but I’m still here plodding along in the offseason.
Had a slight pull back of calories to reduce the rate of gain so sitting at around 2000kcals. 10k steps a day and 1 cardio session per week.
Feeling really good, training is going amazing and hormones are all perfect following my recent blood test.
The plan right now is to continue pushing up until the new year and then do a mini cut – that will leave me with around 6 months in a calorie surplus.
I have had reservations about going into a calorie deficit due to my body not being so responsive earlier on in the year, so I’m confident that If I keep going as I am and keeping food high, I will be in a good position to diet again in the new year.
