VLOG 2****

Its been a minute, from a coaching and judging perspective its been a crazy last 3 months or so, and were not finished yet, 3 more SMB athletes competing this weekend the pea first timers and uk open, then the worlds, following week.

from a personal level the gaol hasn’t changed, road to pro debut next year, currently in a cruise phase, we tapered down as we have laser eye surgery next week and this requires 4 weeks downtime from the gym.

well simply pick this back up then, continue to cruise until Christmas then blast off into 2023.

the goal is to improve and bring up the posterior, the lower hams and back thickness is the target.

the classic divison is fierce right now, and to remain competitive I cannot be complacent in my approach, we continue to improve and bring something special next year.

VLOG ** 1 – ROAD TO PRO SHOW.

What is up people ?

#So heres my first vlog, anyone who follows me will know that last year i had a fairly successful one, winning the British title and picking up my pro card in the same day, unfortunately since then things haven’t been plain sailing. the goal post British was to reverse nicely pump cals and then go into prep again for the Universe may just gone, but with getting covid over Christmas, having to get laser eye surgery done and many other of “lifes challenges”, it just wasn’t feasible, but also, now in reflection and dieiting for almost 12 months it was probably a blessing in disguise.

Fast forward to today, we are now back 5 weeks into groove with things, back with the coach patrick tuor, and the goal is my first pro show in early 2023.

so exactly where are with things and what are we doing currently ????

the initial message from the coach was simple " slow and steady", after all the stresses from the above it is/was key that we didn’t push too hard too soon, 5 weeks in and with training simply 2 working sets per exercise, no intensifiers, straight sets, food is currently sitting around 5k on training days, about 400 lower on rest days, PEDS hardly anything in comparison, currently running 400mg test cyp, 300mg npp and that’s it, once we are back up to full speed, all systems are firing, digestion is optimal, fatigue has shifted, this will obviously increase as we move deeper into the offseason.

we aim to push this growing phase until November/ December, before we decend into prep.

any questions you may have at all regarding ANYTHING, questions you may have about your own training/ nutrition/ PED use drop in the comments box below.
