VLOG 3:
The first vlog of what is going to be the busiest year to date at SMB, with 22 athletes competing, and my own pro debut in November.
so In vlog 2 I mentioned I was having laser eye surgery, and some forced down time off the back of that, this is all now done and we are 2 weeks back into full training.
food is now back upto around 4.5k cals on TD, and some cheeky steps getting active again and for cardiovascular reasons.
we will re- introduce anabolics in a couple of weeks, the immediate goal is this, simply go into a full throttle growing phase for 4- months, before we then descend into prep, and the pca words in November.
everything feels like its slipping into gear right now, after a challenging few months, this is my final dance this year, and I promise it will be my best.
I will be adding these vlogs weekly from now on to you guys updated, questions regarding my plans, food, training, anabolics, anything at all please drop in below
