VLOG 5**
So mid point of week4, and fully back into the swing of things, I’m now starting to see the composition changes within the physique, fullness and condition, has improved dramatically the last 4-5 days.

cals are increased upto 5.2k on TD, total androgen load sitting at 1100mg a week, training is going in an upward trajectory.

its 13 weeks till the competitive season begins, and the start of a busy year with clients, a proposed trip out to Bangkok to watch bb Client rio compete in the PCA.

everything right now is coming together, and I know for me to be competitive come November at the worlds I cannot waste a single second, my competitors won’t, so I refuse to give an edge.

VLOG 4**
So we enter week 3, back into the full swing of things now, bodyweight up 2kg from week 2, and the physique considerably fuller in appearance, strength has increased significantly the last 7 days and pushing not too far off “normal” loads for me, pulling movements still a little off, and leg days almost back unto to speed too.

currently the same PED protocols as vlog 3, nothings changed on that front, at maybe 8 weeks deep, well look to add other tools, but for now the current setup will yield enough progress.

another week or 2 and well add some progress pics…..maybe….catch you next week
