Another 300 pound update.

So for around the last 4-5 weeks we have tried to stay around 300 pounds and let my body marinate here and week by week we have seen new condition come through and Look improve. Todays Check in was by far my best look yet and even shocked myself with current condition. Waist even came in a good chunk, creating an even better look with all the new mass.
This week I got a cortisone shot in my shoulder to relieve some horrific tendon pain iv had for a long time and it’s started to do its job which I am very happy about.
Prep for me will start in around 4 weeks for shows starting in may. Can’t wait to share that journey with you all.

Any questions please ask away

Morning all,

Another off-season update 🦍

Currently sitting around 300 pounds. Pound here or there. Been here for a few weeks now and with discussion with my coach Cal we have decided to stay around here for the remaining 6 weeks of this push phase to solidify this weight and make it look better. So when we start prep the 300 pounds is a solid true weight and not a pushed, blown up weight.
I won’t lie, things at this weight are very hard. Training needs constant changing with fatigue at this weight being constant. Plus lack of mobility and always being tight with back pump etc I need to always cater to how I am that day or week. Food is similar with appetite completely zero and still needing to take the food in. If training has been hard then body doesn’t want any food. These are the constant struggles when body is maxed out in a push phase and you need to get pushing on. Need to suffer and endure this phase to be a good bodybuilder. It will all be worth it on stage.

Any questions then please ask away
