Hey Greg,what’s your carb sources for that amount mate? All clean or you using some simple/fast carbs aswel? Ie..cereals,bagels etc.thanks
OFF-SEASON UPDATE
Hey everyone,
Little update of where I am currently. That’s me just started my last and final push up phase of this off-season that will last 16-20 weeks where we really hope to break 300 pounds and finish off my physique to make it pro worthy.
Food has went to just over 6500 calories where carbs are just shy of 1000g a day. Appetite is fairly ok. No issue with the food. Training will start to boom in the next few weeks when body gets my response from the PEDS as they saturate.
Drugs have went In last week and they are
