Good morning everyone,

So week 3 of my rebound phase. Or reverse phase If you rather. After my show my body was feeling in a good place physically so we decided to have a nice rebound phase over a health reverse phase. Kept PED exposure in at a very moderate amount and put food to my high carb day plan for all training days and raised rest day food and my body has responded really well. All things in a really good place. Appetite is still very high. Strength and performance in the gym is climbing very fast. Body feels great and still fresh.
Taking each session gradually and not forcing weights. Controlling form and letting strength come to me. Will continue this until I feel I can go full send on the big weights again. So far this is the best reverse/rebound phase I have ever done. 6 weeks left of this then a nice deload and recovery phase over the festive period where I hope I can get shoulder surgery done.

Good morning from Sweden.

Show weekend is finally here! Landed yesterday and got settled and today is first day of loading. Been a fairly smooth week getting here with no stress and should be a smooth peak. Very excited to get going and land the plane.
Coach lands today and will be with me till show so a very close eye which is great.
Very confident for this weekend and what I am bringing. So let’s pray and hope it’s the pro card weekend.

Nothing too much to say at the moment other than away to get my head down and do what’s needing done and finish this season with a bang. Thanks to everyone for following my journey so far.
