So I feel like this week things have definitely started moving (hallelujah).
3lbs down this week, which is pretty much the amount I lost all from December to the beginning on March.
The biggest factor that was changed = my copper coil was removed.
Now evidence does not support that a copper coil should impact body weight or fat loss however, my body was actually rejecting mine so in my head it makes sense that given there was clearly a lot of internal stress, it was impacting progress. I definitely feel like it’s not a coincidence.
Either way I’m starting to notice visual changes and hunger has definitely increased so hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here.
I can definitely feel the 14k steps, when you work from home on a laptop it feels like a lot but what got to do what we got to do.
No changes to the plan this week.
Hey hey,
So I feel like I can’t catch a break at the minute. I fell so ill last week (I think it was covid) and it left me pretty much bed bound for four days.
My approach to getting back to normal in the gym is easing myself back in which is exactly what I have done so now I’m finally back to it.
No changes in scale weight so steps have been increased to 14k. This is just to allow me to keep food as high as possible in this diet phase. Steps for me aren’t a problem as long as I stay in my routine and get a good amount done fasted so that will be my approach.
I’m hoping to start seeing changes thick and fast now!
